Dr Rhea has always placed the health and well-being of her patients as her first priority. With the increasing spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made the tough decision to restrict all non-essential treatments from today (Tuesday 24th March 2020) until further notice.
We believe that we must do our part to minimise the spread of the virus throughout the community. Due to the intimate nature of our work we have concluded that the best way to do this is to cease all non urgent or emergency treatments effective immediately. We are saddened it has reached this point, but under the advice from the Australian Dental Association to protect our patients, our staff and the wider community as COVID-19 cases increase. .
Please note that all future bookings are now cancelled, and we will be contacting you individually by phone to reschedule to a later date. We will also contact you individually for continuation of treatment when circumstances allow.
Our clinic is NOT closed. Dentist's play an important role in easing the burden on the hospital system by treating emergency dental cases, it is our ethical obligation to ensure our hospitals are being utilised appropriately during this difficult time.
We will still be available for any emergency or urgent dental treatment during normal clinical hours. If you have any concerns at all please don’t hesitate to call us on 5521 0536. We will also be available for video facetime consultations if required.
We truly appreciate the loyalty and support of all our patients. We thank you for your understanding during these uncertain times.
Please keep safe and be well.
Dr Rhea and the Dental Haus Team.
